Do Not Use This Company! They are the biggest crooks I have ever dealt with!
I financed a $142K bus through them. They tried to collect a 7.5% sales tax from me even though I am in Virginia and the sales tax is 3%. Mark Sheib (the salesman) tried various times to convince me to pay the 7.5% and if it turned out to be lower they would issue me an immediate refund for the difference. Thank god I didn't pay that! After going through several cycles with Mark, he finally accepted that the VA tax was 3% (don't they know these things?), and it was to be paid to DMV not the Dept of Taxation. He agreed that the tax would be paid to Virginia DMV ASAP, so I could get my permanent tags. Well a month later, they had not paid, so in order to get my tags, I had to pay DMV Virginia an additional 3% ($4260)!! So now I have come out over $8500 just to register the vehicle I bought. Well, it's 3 1/2 months later and they are still refusing to refund the money I paid even though I provided the receipt that showed I paid DMV Virginia.
After questioning Mark, he said he doesn't know about the taxes, so he referred me to a lady named Leah Jacobs. She only identified herself by her first name at the time. Looking back at my title, she is the one that signed it, so it appears she is related to the owner Lawrence Jacobs. She yelled at me various times when I asked the simple question of when I would get my money back. Leah Jacobs did not identify herself as being related to the owner. She always deflected any question by saying she would need to get approval, never getting back to me with an answer. When she yelled at me the last time I called, I yelled back, and she left a ridulous message on my voicemail saying she was going to pay someone "to fly down and hurt me". Then I had about 20 calls the next day from a blocked number (coincidence, I think not). These New Yorker's think they are the freakin mafia or something.
They have given me a different answer every time I have spoke with them giving me the definite run-around. When I ask them when the money will be paid, they cannot give a straight answer. It is clear that they have no intentions of returning the money to me, and they have made absolutely no effort to rectify the situation.
To this day, they are still refusing to refund my $4,260. They are total frauds!

BTW, I am the type to NEVER complain about anything. If I receive bad food in a restaurant, I don't send it back. I've got better things to waste my time / energy on. I felt espcially compelled to share this store to save you the HORROR of having to deal with this company.
